Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Colorado is seeking a Clinical and Educational Program Coordinator to provide high-level operational and administrative support for the Behavioral Health program. You will act as a liaison to faculty, staff, and stakeholders, and help ensure initiatives align with department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
• One year of professional-related experience
• Combination of education and related experience may substitute for a degree

Responsibilities

• Independently creates and maintains all clinical psychologist schedules
• Update clinical databases with leadership contact information
• Attend clinical meetings and report onboarding and EPIC information
• Manage clinical dashboard reports by tracking provider hours
• Coordinate and attend monthly Behavioral Health faculty meetings
• Schedule meetings for Behavioral Health faculty
• Coordinate onboarding of faculty, postdocs and interns
• Coordinate interviews for psychologists, interns, externs and postdocs
