Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.
• Current CO licensure or eligibility; must have CO licensure by date of hire.
• Experience providing behavioral health services in clinical settings; ability to supervise or mentor students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief behavioral health therapy and screenings in an integrated medical setting for patients aged 0-99.
• Provide individual therapy, care coordination, crisis management, and psycho-education.
• Conduct therapy via telehealth per patient and clinic staffing needs.
