Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) seeks a senior clinical operations leader for the Pueblo Regional Center to direct the daily operations of a multidisciplinary behavioral services team. You will develop procedures, ensure compliance with ICF/ID, HCBS, and state rules, and supervise several FTEs while coordinating with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality care.

This hybrid role blends clinical governance with fiscal oversight to optimize resources and outcomes for patients

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid license as LP, LPC, LCSW, or BCBA.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned.
• Must meet state residency and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and improve the daily operations of the multi-disciplinary behavioral team.
• Develop team procedures in accordance with agency policy and regulation.
• Ensure treatment aligns with team procedures and agency policies.
• Supervise four FTE professionals; manage hiring, promotions and performance appraisals.
