Job Summary:

The Clinical and Educational Program Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Behavioral Health program. This position is responsible for essential high-level support to the Director of Integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health. The Program Coordinator manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out following specific objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a program liaison for the department, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Independently creates and maintains all clinical psychologist schedules

  • Manage and update clinical databases with clinical leadership contact information

  • Attends all clinical meetings and provide updates at mtgs regarding new clinic onboarding, and EPIC related information

  • Manage clinical reports for clinical dashboard by adding provider hours, reviewing clinical hour data to report to senior financial director

  • Coordinates, schedule, manage and attend monthly Behavioral Health faculty meetings.

  • Coordinates calendar management and scheduling meetings for Behavioral Health faculty

  • Independently coordinates and manages the onboarding of all faculty, postdoc and interns

  • Independently manages all interviews for psychologist, interns, externs and postdocs


Work Location:

Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social or behavioral sciences, healthcare administration, higher education administration, public administration, pubic policy, communications, and information systems. or another related field of study.

    • A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.



  • One (1) year of experience in a professional related field


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience in a professional related field

  • Administrative support experience in higher education, medical school or health sciences setting


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution to enhance market growth and financial viability.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office products, especially fluent in Excel spreadsheets and building financial proformas.

  • Ability to tolerate a high degree of ambiguity yet work effectively to fulfill the mission, goals, and objectives of the Department.

  • Ability to plan and organize, implement, and coordinate financial and administrative activities as they apply to the complex workings of the Department and the University system.

  • Ability to multitask without missing commitments.

  • Organization skills with the ability to set agendas, meet timelines, and move things forward.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of clinical business management, strategic planning and operations.

  • Knowledge of integrated Behavioral Health and practice transformation.


Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as



  • $54,656 - $73,239.


The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
