Park Royal Behavioral Health Services is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to promote health and recovery within a behavioral health setting. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, day hours, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Acadia Healthcare’s network.

Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, approving menus, counseling patients and families, and collaborating with physicians to tailor diet plans. licensure in state or eligible for endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure.
• Current registered dietitian or state endorsement eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
• Approve patient menus and nutritional supplements.
• Advise patients and families on nutritional principles, dietary plans and food selection.
• Provide nutritional assessments per facility policy and regulation.
• Review and approve menus developed by the facility.
• Counsel individuals and groups on healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring.
