Job summary

ICHS is seeking a Behavior Health Data Coordinator to support operations in Outpatient Behavioral Health by extracting, preparing, and analyzing data from Epic and other systems, ensuring accuracy and helping end-users with report usage. This role emphasizes data quality and governance while facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

You will create, maintain, and optimize reports for a Federally Qualified Health Center and Behavioral Health Agency, coordinating with King County partners to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree; five years may substitute.
• One year of admin experience with report generation and data submission in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench and Slicer Dicer) preferred.
• King County Integrated Care Network experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare, and analyze data from Epic and other sources, ensuring accuracy.
• Support end-users with report usage and address data quality issues.
• Create, maintain, and optimize reports for an FQHC and Behavioral Health Agency.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure two-way data exchange.
• Provide general admin support across Behavioral Health teams.
