Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is seeking an Outcomes Analyst to collect clinical outcomes data and perform analyses to support clinical process improvement initiatives.

You will identify quality measures, develop data extraction syntax, and synthesize literature to inform recommendations. Collaboration with leadership and staff is essential to reflect the value of Agency services in outcomes reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with major coursework in social science research methods.
• Three or more years of professional experience in program evaluation, outcomes management or data analysis in health care preferred.
• Experience extracting information from complex databases is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect clinical outcomes data and perform analyses to support clinical process improvement.
• Identify quality measures and develop syntax for data extraction for grant programs.
• Review mental health care literature, draft reports and make recommendations.
• Develop study methodologies, statistical models, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to develop outcome measures reflecting service value.
• Communicate findings in writing and verbally; contribute to regular reporting of patient outcomes.
