Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • OR Associate degree in a related field and two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or performance measures.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with leaders to understand reporting needs and translate questions into analytics and performance measures.

Department: Quality Performance Improvement

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This role begins onsite to encourage training, teamwork, and connection, with eligibility for a hybrid schedule after six months based on performance and business needs. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.

By delivering accurate, reliable, and accessible reporting solutions, you will play an important role in supporting quality improvement, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and data-informed decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Accomplish

Deliver Accurate and Actionable Reporting

  • Provide timely, reliable reports, metrics, and performance indicators that support organizational priorities and decision-making.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive improvement.
  • Respond to reporting requests with solutions that are accurate, meaningful, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

Strengthen Data Quality and Confidence

  • Ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable.
  • Identify and help resolve data quality issues that affect reporting and performance measurement.
  • Support organizational trust in data through strong validation and quality assurance practices.

Build Reporting Tools That People Use

  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions that make complex information clear and actionable.
  • Present data in ways that support understanding, accountability, and informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improve reporting tools to meet evolving business needs.

Partner Across the Organization

  • Collaborate with leaders and staff to understand reporting needs and performance goals.
  • Translate business questions into meaningful analytics, dashboards, and performance measures.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

One of the following is required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;

OR

  • Associate degree in a related field and two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate:

  • Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or performance measures.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related sectors, including quality, compliance, or CCBHC reporting.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, R, APIs, and data integration across multiple systems and sources.
  • Experience designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting techniques, and advanced analytics to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience utilizing Git and version control best practices in a collaborative environment.
