Job summary

Alexander Youth Network is looking for a passionate Behavioral Health Counselor in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing and monitoring direct care activities for children in an emergency group home setting while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

• Ensure adherence to therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and ensure residential facilities are well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for clients in an emergency group home setting, ensuring adherence to the model for consistent and appropriate therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and ensuring the residential facilities are well‑maintained.
