Job summary

Alexander Youth Network is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Counselor for our Residential Treatment Center in Greensboro, NC. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive care to youth and supervising fellow counselors.

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a BA/BS in a related field and experience in crisis programs or mental health. A valid NC/SC driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a crisis program and/or four years Mental Health experience is preferred.
• Valid NC or SC Driver's license.

What You’ll Do

As a Lead Behavioral Health Counselor in our Residential Treatment Center (RTC), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our clients and Behavior Health Counselors.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

• A high school diploma is required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
