The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work, at least one year of experience with mentally ill populations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience working with mentally ill populations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services or assist in delivering them.
• Conduct or participate in crisis management and intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and assessments.
• Coordinate discharge planning and linkage to community resources.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and services accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision.
• Support resident rights and provide group and individual counseling.
• Assist in maintaining the unit's milieu and mealtime management.
