Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Worker to provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to residents. Responsibilities include crisis management, counseling, assessment, treatment planning, case management, discharge planning, and linkage to services.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Must have strong English reading, writing and speaking abilities.
• Ability to work harmoniously with all personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide clinically relevant interventions.
• Intervene with problematic and disruptive behaviors.
• Respond to crisis per facility policy and procedure.
• Follow and help maintain and enforce all facility rules and regulations.
• Complete all documentation as required by federal, state, local and facility requirements.
• Provide group and individual counseling sessions, case management, and discharge planning services.
• Assist in crisis management services including CPI techniques as trained.
