Job summary

Completely KIDS is seeking a Behavioral Health Coordinator to lead coordination of behavioral health services across after-school programs. You will work with a BCBA to ensure consistent behavior support and high-quality services for children and families, and you will coach staff while facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.

You will monitor progress through data collection, communicate with caregivers, and promote a positive, supportive environment that fosters student success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate behavioral health services for students in after-school programs.
• Serve as the communication link between families, site staff, and the BCBA.
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of behavior support plans.
• Schedule meetings, observations, and family conferences as needed.
• Coach program staff in positive behavior supports and trauma-informed practices.
• Model evidence-based behavior management strategies in program settings.
• Provide ongoing staff support for addressing challenging behaviors.
• Ensure consistent application of behavioral interventions across sites.
• Engage families and connect them with community resources.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Oversee internship experiences for psychology students.
