Eliot Community Human Services in Middleborough, MA seeks a dedicated BCBA Coordinator to provide behavioral oversight, supervise ABA programming, and lead clinical teams serving youth and families. You will develop individualized interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and schools to improve outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field and a current BCBA. This position is part-time, on-site, with opportunities for professional growth and trauma-informed care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized behavior support plans.
• Conduct FBA and FA as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to ABA staff.
• Utilize DTT and NET techniques in programming.
• Monitor progress with data collection and updates.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead staff training on behavior management and interventions.
