Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree.
• Or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• PA residency requirement and ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Review behavioral health managed care agreements and assess compliance across counties
• Analyze reports, data, and supporting documents to identify trends, issues, and needed actions
• Provide guidance to counties, providers, and agencies on regulations, policies, and contract requirements
• Conduct visits to programs and facilities to assess safety, service delivery, and adherence to standards
• Follow corrective actions, monitor outcomes, and report findings to appropriate groups
• Participate in meetings and reviews to represent the agency and support shared goals
