Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Human Services Program Representative 1 to monitor and evaluate behavioral health managed care contracts across counties. You will ensure compliance, provide expert consultation, and guide key decisions with data-driven analyses.

In this role you will perform on-site evaluations, support counties and providers, and track corrective actions. A telework option up to three days per week is available, with reporting to Norristown HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination.
• Must meet PA residency requirement.
• Able to perform essential job functions.
• Veterans preferences per PA law.

Responsibilities

• Contract Oversight: Review behavioral health managed care agreements and assess compliance across counties.
• Information Review: Analyze reports, data, and supporting documents to identify trends, issues, and needed actions.
• Consultation Support: Provide guidance to counties, providers, and agencies on regulations, policies, and contract requirements.
• On-Site Evaluation: Conduct visits to programs and facilities to assess safety, service delivery, and adherence to standards.
• Issue Tracking: Follow corrective actions, monitor outcomes, and report findings to appropriate groups.
• Community Engagement: Participate in meetings, committees, and reviews to represent the agency and support shared goals.
