Qualifications

• Complete CPI and CPR training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with guardians and community agencies to meet patient care needs.
• Assess patients' problems, needs, and functioning level.
• Write treatment plans aligned with diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation.
• Provide psychotherapeutic modalities consistent with current standards.
• Counsel individuals, groups, and families and treat mental disorders.
• Develop discharge plans and manage care transitions with next providers.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Present cases clearly in clinical team meetings.
