RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Behavioral Health Associate Licensed Clinical Professional (Associate Level) in Lenoir, NC. You will provide assessments, crisis intervention, and individual/group therapy across ages, coordinating with families and partners to deliver holistic, person-centered care.

The role requires associate-level licensure and a Master’s degree in a related field, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, no on-call duties. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate-level licensure required to practice in NC.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Coordinate referrals and connections to services for holistic care.
