Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate Licensed Clinical Professional (Associate Level) in Lenoir, NC. The role performs assessments, crisis intervention, and both individual and group therapy to adults and children with mental health and substance use needs.

The position requires master’s-level education and an associate-level professional license; licensure advancement possibilities exist as the clinician progresses toward full licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Associate licensure requirements and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Coordinate referrals and connections to services supporting physical, emotional, and social well-being.
