Requirements include a graduate degree in Social Work or related field, provisional NC licensure, at least 2 years in mental/behavioral health, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work or related field.
• Provisional licensure to practice mental/behavioral health in NC.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with mental/behavioral health and writing person-centered plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to support service users.
• Conduct individual, family, and group outpatient therapy sessions.
• Conduct inpatient group therapy sessions.
• Orient new service users to RHA and develop person-centered plans.
• Oversee discharge planning and liaise with families and community resources.
