Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare (LCMHC or LCSW).
• General knowledge of human services delivery system and EMR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) and basic computer tasks.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, and individual/group therapy for adults and children/adolescents.
• Coordinate care with psychiatry, internal teams, and external partners.
• Link individuals to community services and holistic treatment options.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication and expedite treatment implementation.
