Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Professional (Associate Level) to provide therapeutic services to individuals across ages, including assessments, crisis intervention, and both individual and group therapy in our North Carolina program.

You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and community partners to deliver holistic, person-centered care and support lasting positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Associate-level licensure required (e.g., LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSWA).
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and person-centered treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group therapy for adults and children.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and diagnoses.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and local agencies to support clients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure consistent, effective treatment implementation.
• Assist in standardizing procedures to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Support unit needs and perform additional responsibilities as required.
