Job summary

Signal and Strand is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Health in Alaska. This onsite, full-time/part-time role entails supervising the behavioral health treatment team, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices, and maintaining a reduced caseload for hands-on work.

You will collaborate with the Administrator and participate in quality assurance, documentation accuracy, and ongoing staff development to shape how the team delivers care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and appropriate Alaska licensure with supervision capabilities.
• At least two years of mental health and substance use clinical experience with children, youth, and adults.
• Experience supervising clinicians, interns, or associate-level staff considered a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment for co-occurring disorders and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to the treatment team, including clinicians seeking licensure.
• Lead case consultation, treatment planning reviews, and support staff through complex client situations.
• Model strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and restorative approaches across the team.
• Carry a reduced caseload with assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for clients.
