Job summary

Signal & Strand is partnering with a nonprofit behavioral health center in Alaska to recruit a Clinical Supervisor. You will oversee the treatment team, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices while maintaining a reduced caseload to stay connected to direct care.

You will collaborate with the Administrator to shape clinical leadership and drive continuous improvement in workflows, documentation, and outcomes for clients across ages with mental health and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Alaska licensure with supervision capabilities: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LBSW.
• At least two years of mental health and substance use clinical experience with children, youth, and adults.
• Eligible to enroll or currently enrolled as a provider in Alaska Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to the treatment team, including clinicians working toward licensure.
• Lead case consultation and treatment planning reviews; support staff through complex client situations and crisis response.
• Model strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm-reduction approaches across the team.
• Coordinate with the Administrator on hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development.
