Zusammenfassung

Signal & Strand is seeking a senior clinical leader to join its executive team in Alaska. The role combines clinical oversight with system-wide program development, unifying outpatient behavioral health, survivor services, family support, and prevention into a trauma-informed whole.

Reporting to the CEO, you will guide program managers, ensure ethical practice, and drive billing and quality improvements while expanding services.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field with an active NPI number or ability to obtain one.
• Current LCSW licensure preferred.
• At least two years of clinical leadership and/or program management experience.
• At least five years leading, managing, and developing high-functioning clinical and/or cross-disciplinary teams, nonprofit experience preferred.
• At least two years of mental health and substance use clinical experience with children, youth, and adults.
• Experience with 24/7 emergency programs, victim services, or related field is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and grants; experience with municipal, state, and federal grants is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and mentor program managers and clinical supervisory staff across outpatient behavioral health, survivor services, family support and prevention, and intervention programming.
• Coach and mentor direct reports with trauma-informed care and restorative practices.
• Support staff through complex client situations, fostering resilience and ethical decision-making.
• Ensure clinical frameworks are integrated into decision-making and staff well-being.
• Set vision and standards for clinical productivity and quality across programs.
• Contribute to strategic planning and program expansion on the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead initiatives integrating clinical support into non-clinical programs for trauma-informed care across the organization.
• Set strategic direction for billable services and collaboration with operations/finance on billing accuracy.
