Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis, TN, part of the UHS family, seeks a Clinical Program Manager to coordinate patient care in line with the hospital’s philosophy and objectives. You will lead program development, manage personnel, and participate in admissions and psychosocial assessments.

The role covers individual, group and family therapy, discharge planning, and collaboration with treatment teams and referrals. Strong leadership and crisis skills are essential.

Formación

• Master’s in Social Work or related field required.
• Licensure TN LCSW/LPC/LP required.
• Experience with psychiatric inpatient population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate care of patients consistent with Lakeside's philosophy and objectives.
• Develop programs and business strategy; manage personnel and admissions.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning, discharge planning and case management.
• Oversee utilization review, crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources and other departments.
