Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Licensed as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (LPC/LMFT) required.
• Minimum 5 years in behavioral health counseling.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct patient care, including screening, assessment, and interventions within the integrated behavioral health model.
• Provide supervision and guidance to counselors, clinicians, and interns.
• Develop measurable, time-bound treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with community resources to implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies, safety standards, and QA activities.
• Lead QA meetings and staff trainings to improve service delivery.
