Job summary

Southwest Network in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a clinical supervisor to lead case managers and rehabilitation specialists, ensuring high-quality assessments, plans, and services. This role requires strong leadership, DSM knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliant and compassionate care.

A Master’s or BA in behavioral health is preferred, with two years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years experience working with seriously mentally ill adults.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must maintain CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for case managers and rehabilitation specialists on the assigned team.
• Ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
• Ensure assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented for each member on their team.
