Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is hiring an Associate Behavioral Health Counselor to provide outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups in accordance with state and federal laws and NOAH policies. You will develop treatment plans, maintain records, and coordinate services with a clinical supervisor.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling and licensure (LAC/LMSW/LAMFT) in good standing with the Arizona Board.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field required.
• LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT license with AZ Board in good standing required.
• New hires must pass background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; maintain records.
• Coordinate services and crisis intervention as needed.
• Attend supervision and trainings; participate in audits and quality improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional documentation.
