Relief Mental Health in Chicago is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support the Mental Health Provider with vital signs, point-of-care testing, and patient care. You will handle check-in/check-out, document management, and basic room preparation in a fast-paced office.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work until 8pm when needed. Duties include scheduling, data entry in the EHR, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with medication questions and prior authorizations.

Competenze

• Experience with EHR systems (Kareo or Tebra preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Drive and standard office software.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service abilities.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist visitors and patients at the office.
• Review patient paperwork and mental health assessments.
• Assist with phone calls from patients and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
• Enter patient data in the EHR, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain records.
