Pay Range:$33.41 - $46.88
The Behavioral Health Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned Behavioral Health Clinic or program; this includes behavioral health clinicians, case managers, intensive outpatient SUD staff, psychiatric providers and nurses, and administrative staff. This position supports staff development and engagement in alignment with SEARHC's Mission, Vision, and Values. The Behavioral Health Manager collaborates with other SEARHC Behavioral Health Division leaders and other SEARHC departments to accomplish organizational and division strategic goals, ensure access to patient care, and efficient patient centered scheduling. The position provides and/or oversees data collection and reporting for various Behavioral Health programs. Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and manage local budgets, division goals, and compliance with various accrediting and regulating bodies.
