Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales or business development in healthcare or a related field.
• Demonstrated, measurable success growing referral networks and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in mental health strongly preferred.
• Consultative, relationship-first approach; you lead with value.

Responsibilities

• Own business development across Wisconsin, expanding referral ecosystems with psychiatrists, clinics, and hospitals.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies that meet and exceed KPIs.
• Pursue new referral sources via networking, outreach, and events.
• Represent Relief Mental Health at conferences, trade shows, and community events.
• Maintain a strong pipeline with CRM documentation and disciplined follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to align sales with service delivery.
