Qualifications

• Working knowledge of billing codes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients on arrival, and verify required assessments and authorizations.
• Check clients into the system and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance or funding authorizations for services.
• Coordinate referrals, obtain records, and support care coordination.
• Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks and communication among providers.
• Support inpatient unit teams as needed.
• Ensure continuity of care and address client needs with the team.
