Renaissance Recovery Florida is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct client services and coordinate essential resources that support recovery. You will serve as a liaison between clients, families, the clinical team, and community partners, ensuring consistent support and advocacy throughout the treatment journey.

The role requires 1+ year of behavioral health case management experience, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a caseload of 15 clients and complete admission notes.
• Update families and clinical teams on client progress.
• Coordinate services with external providers as needed.
• Facilitate groups within caseload.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately.
• Assess clients' mental health and substance needs regularly.
• Communicate clearly with clients and staff.
• Assist clients in accessing insurance and health benefits.
