Job summary

Renaissance Recovery Florida is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct client services and coordinate essential resources that support recovery. You will act as a liaison between clients, families, the clinical team, and community partners.

Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment, CPR/First Aid certs (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills are required. The role is full-time, with standard M-F hours in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain on hire).
• Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 15 clients.
• Complete admission notes and open/maintain case records per policy.
• Update families and clinical teams regularly on client progress.
• Coordinate services with external providers as needed.
• Facilitate groups with your caseload.
• Accurately document client interactions and progress.
• Continuously assessing client's mental health and substance abuse needs.
• Communicate assertively and clearly with clients and staff.
• Support clients in accessing insurance and health benefits.
