Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking Behavioral Health Case Managers to support recovery-oriented services for individuals with mental health diagnoses. This is an unlicensed, non-clinical role, heavy in administration, scheduling, service coordination, and documentation processing. Work is on-site at the client’s office under site supervision.

The position is located at three site locations in Phoenix, and contracts convert to direct hire after 6 months. No degree is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in behavioral health, counseling support, case management, or related human services preferred.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and comfortable with administrative workload (scheduling, documentation, coordination)
• Professional, empathetic, and able to build trust with a diverse client population
• No driving is permitted for temporary/contract employees; all work is performed at the client’s office as directed by site leadership.
• Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening (background/drug screen) as applicable.

Contract to Direct Hire after 6 months $19.52 to $27/Hour
