Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Human Services preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• NPI number / Ohio Medicaid ID required.
• Minimum of 3 years in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of behavioral health practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client-centered.
• Manage case assignments, draft service plans, and review case progress regularly.
• Advocate for clients, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
• Collaborate with therapists, clients, and family members to ensure all behavioral health needs are met.
• Facilitate clients in achieving personal independence and daily living skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Uphold documentation and billing practices associated with CARF, CMS, and trainings.
