Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide client-centered care that is safe, timely, and effective.
• Manage case assignments and draft service plans; review progress regularly.
• Advocate for clients in decisions about their clinical status and treatment options.
• Collaborate with therapists, clients, and families to meet behavioral health needs.
• Help clients develop daily living skills and pursue independence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Uphold documentation and billing practices per CARF, CMS, and training.
