TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for Intensive Behavioral Health Services in York and Adams Counties. The position is part‑time with no weekend or holiday work, offering a flexible schedule to fit a busy life.

Responsibilities include working with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with master's level clinicians. Clearances and mandated training are required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance.
• Must obtain PA State Police Clearance.
• Must obtain FBI Fingerprint Check.
• Mandated Reporting training required.
• Sealed college transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Work with children/adolescents who have behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan and behavioral plan with emphasis on transferring skills to client, family, and team members.
• Utilize research-based treatment approaches (e.g., ABA, CBT) as identified on the client's plan.
• Collaborate as a team member with a master's level clinician (e.g., BCBA, Mobile Therapist).
