Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED plus 4 years in Behavioral Health or related education/experience.
• One year of case management experience strongly preferred.
• Certification in first aid, CPR and Crisis De-escalation; training offered if not possessed on hire.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Fingerprint clearance card and pre-employment drug/background checks required.
• Ability to pass TB screening and annual testing.

Responsibilities
