Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist to supervise and facilitate daily milieu, assist with ADL skills, and lead educational and recovery groups in Tucson, AZ. You will read and implement each client's treatment plan and provide positive cues and redirection as part of a dedicated treatment team.

The role requires a high school diploma; higher degrees or certifications are preferred. Shift: Sun–Tue, 8am–8pm; Wed 8am–2pm.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; degree holders preferred for advanced roles.
• OP maintains daily supervision of program activities and client care.
• Must be able to supervise and facilitate educational and recovery groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team.
• Supervise and facilitate daily milieu of programs/services as assigned.
• Read and implement a client’s treatment plan.
• Provide clients with positive cues and redirection.
