Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year in behavioral health, and a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety of individuals and staff on the unit; provide exceptional customer service.
• Take vitals and document services and interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Conduct security screening and educate patients on rights and unit rules.
• Intervene with escalated individuals using therapeutic de-escalation techniques and perform restraints if needed.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and mobility; transport as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and designated unit; perform light cleaning.
