Legacy Community Health in Houston is seeking a Behavioral Health Representative I to support patients and providers with administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth daily operations.

You will assist with registrations, coordinate referrals, obtain vital signs, manage schedules, document in EHRS, and translate as needed. This role offers teamwork and growth opportunities in behavioral health administration.

Qualifikationen

• BLS (CPR & AED) certification is required.
• Experience: three to six months preferred.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• familiarity with BH preferred.

Aufgaben

• Arrange language interpretation services.
• Manage patient registrations and intake follow-ups.
• Manage EHR and continuity of care lists.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize patient access.
• Enter vital signs into EHRS and process referrals.
• Handle phones, messages, and refill requests.
• Assist with triaging behavioral health emergencies as needed.
• Provide administrative support across the clinic.
