Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing and RN license in TX.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Maintains HIPAA and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications per policy and patient age.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and staff.
• Document in EMR and follow SUN policies.
• Ensure safety and therapeutic milieu on shift.
