Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work with licensed staff to provide quality behavioral health services; interact with clients and families to track progress and ensure satisfaction; record case information and complete forms per agency standards.
• Assist clients with completion of forms and documentation for care and insurance; ensure informed consent for treatment is obtained and documented.
• Coordinate medical consent forms for individuals unable to provide consent independently.
• Assist with integrating new staff in the assigned facility.
