Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years of behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least one year of behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services related field.
• Completion of a Behavioral Health Technician training program.
• Masters degree in a human services related field without current licensure.
• At least one year of behavioral health experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build professional and supportive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate behavioral health, physical health, and community based services.
• Help clients identify needs, strengths, goals, and available resources.
• Connect clients with housing, transportation, healthcare, benefits, education, employment, and other resources.
• Complete initial assessments and reassessments under supervision.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supportive counseling and care management interventions.
• Document in the electronic health record and maintain HIPAA compliance.
