Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Sales, Marketing and Customer Service within the Business Development Department. The role aims to maximize utilization of the continuum of care through effective marketing, branding and stakeholder collaboration.

As part of facility leadership, you will drive strategic marketing plans, work with internal departments and executive leadership, and coordinate with Admissions and CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or sales required.
• 3–5 years of outside sales/marketing experience.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health inpatient/outpatient operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, marketing, and customer service within the Business Development Department.
• Drive utilization of the continuum of care through effective marketing strategies.
• Lead the facility's strategic marketing plan and strengthen brand/image.
• Collaborate with internal departments and executive leadership, including CEO and Admissions/Intake.
