Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is a leading behavioral health provider focusing on addiction treatment, mental health recovery and related services. This role emphasizes generating sales, expanding referral networks, and contributing to the marketing plan to support regional and national growth.

You will engage with programs to understand client needs, help meet census and budget goals, and collaborate with teams to improve community outreach and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field.
• 3-5 years experience as a Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care.
• Master’s Degree in related Behavioral Health, MSW or Business/Marketing preferred.
• BA in related Behavioral Health, Business/Marketing preferred.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales while maintaining positive community/public relations.
• Maintain existing accounts, expand referral base, and develop business relationships regionally and nationally.
• Input into the overall company marketing plan.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Assist in setting financial goals for their region.
• Interface with the programs to understand client/program/referral source needs.
