Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Health, a UHS facility, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Sales, Marketing and Customer Service activities across the organization. The role focuses on achieving the facility's utilization goals through strategic marketing and brand management.

You will work with executive leadership to guide strategic planning, growth opportunities, and program development, with hours that may include day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed by the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or sales required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of outside sales or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health inpatient/outpatient operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Department.
• Achieve utilization goals through effective marketing principles and methods.
• Manage the facility’s strategic marketing plan and branding initiatives.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal departments and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with CEO and Admissions/Intake regarding issues and opportunities.
