LifeView Group seeks a detail-focused billing professional to manage claims submission, tracking, and posting for behavioral health and substance abuse facilities. You will verify patient insurance, determine primary coverage, and process appeals to maximize reimbursement.

In this role you will work with our EHR system, coordinate with central registration and medical records, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. AA or equivalent experience required.

Qualifications

• AA degree required or HS diploma/GED with 5 years related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to solve problems and seek guidance as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 and basic technical screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Submit, track and post behavioral health and substance abuse facility provider claims.
• Input, monitor and follow up claims status and process appeals.
• Perform patient insurance verifications and determine primary coverage.
• Assist in optimizing billing processes and codes to maximize reimbursement.
• Collaborate with central client registration, medical records, and insurance companies.
